Shadow 6,697
For a whole 9 delegates, if it becomes a close race, it might make the difference. Rubio and Kasich should have dropped out to support Ted Cruz if the establishment hoped to push out Trump in the delegate fight. http://www.thegreenpapers.com/P16/VI-R Stand in the light, cast your shadow. And so do American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Northern Mariana Islands. Although I'm not sure some of these can vote in the presidential election in November. I know that in Puerto Rico they are only allowed to vote in the primaries.
Shadow 6,697
Some kind of party back bucking is going on in different fronts, Virgin Island included: https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/post-politics/wp/2016/03/11/uncommitted-gop-strategists-win-virgin-islands-contest-denying-delegates-to-cruz-and-trump/ http://talkingpointsmemo.com/dc/virgin-islands-john-yob-republican-convention http://talkingpointsmemo.com/dc/virgin-islands-john-yob-republican-convention apparently GOP slackers denied votes to either candidates, they were all uncommitted, 6 soft pledged and 3 soft not pledged Stand in the light, cast your shadow.
