For a whole 9 delegates, if it becomes a close race, it might make the difference. Rubio and Kasich should have dropped out to support Ted Cruz if the establishment hoped to push out Trump in the delegate fight.

Yup! And so do American Samoa, Puerto Rico, Guam, and Northern Mariana Islands.

Although I'm not sure some of these can vote in the presidential election in November. I know that in Puerto Rico they are only allowed to vote in the primaries.

apparently GOP slackers denied votes to either candidates, they were all uncommitted, 6 soft pledged and 3 soft not pledged
