It was sent on the 6th of April, got to UK on the 10th and delivered today. Meanwhile my other one was shipped 28th March, got to UK 31st and has been 'Awaiting Customs clearance' ever since :angryface: I phoned customs on Monday to ask what was happening and was told I had to wait 10 working days before they could look into it (Monday was day 8) so I phoned today and was told I had to wait 15 working days...
