It was mentioned that the first day of filming for the "Singing in the Rain" MV was JinSoul's birthday (June 13th) - which was the same date her first teaser picture was released. Since the teasers start around the same time as the MV filming, I guess BlockBerry doesn't know when they'll be finished filming and editing to give a release date as far in advance? I think two new members will be revealed in August and September respectively and will release their own solo singles as per the typical LOOΠΔ-cycle. However, no new members will be revealed (or may be revealed but won't have a solo release) between October and January as 3Jin and HaSeul already represent those months. So perhaps LOOΠΔ 2/3 will fill in for October, perhaps a break in November and then LOOΠΔ 3/3 can debut in January? Similar to what happened with ViVi - the sub-unit releases before the two remaining members get their own solos.
