PoshLife 17,019 Posted March 6, 2016 Share Posted March 6, 2016 If Hillary wins Louisiana by 70-30 like I expect her to, then I think she will actually leave Super Saturday with more new delegates than Bernie despite his winning two states to her one. Louisiana has about the same number of delegates as Kansas and Nebraska combined, and I think she'll win by a wider margin. I'm not 100% sure on the math, so that's just a general prediction. PoshLife 17,019 Posted March 6, 2016 Share Posted March 6, 2016 Looking ahead for the next week: Democrats March 6 - Maine - No polling here, but Bernie expected to win March 8 - Michigan - Hillary expected to win by about 20 pounds March 8 - Mississippi - Hillary expected to win in a landslide March 12 - Northern Marianas - Um, I don't even know how they award delegates but they only have 6 Republicans March 6 - Puerto Rico - No idea, hasn't gotten much attention March 8 - Hawaii - Trump likely to win, but Rubio polling well here March 8 - Idaho - Assuming a Cruz victory based on demographics, but no polling that I've seen yet March 8 - Michigan - Trump originally expected to win, but Kasich is up 2 in the most recent poll. Will be very interesting March 8 - Mississippi - Trump expected to win by 20 March 12 - Guam - irrelevant March 12 - DC - very few Republican voters + very few delegates = who cares? The next big primary day will be March 15, as several large states have primaries that day, including North Carolina, Florida, Illinois, Ohio, and Missouri. Do you think that this result might indicate how Missouri will vote as well? Kansas City, Missouri is on the border with Kansas and it's a major city. Bernie won that district on the border.
