Yeah I remember this one, If I recall correctly she was making a statement about how she got on weight and didn't care about that, in contrast to media. Sugar, spice, and everything nice. So when she looks at herself, she only sees the smaller, pink sillhouette. I'm not 100% sure that was her intention, but it makes a statement about how she sees herself vs how the world sees her.
