What I hate is regardless of whether he raped her or not, he is not letting Kesha express her talent, not even in the slightest. For god sake , she's not allowed to do anything without his permission, what sort of twisted contract is that. This is what I call metaphorical abuse , till Kesha is free of this contract, it's like she's being raped emotionally and mentally daily. He has no reason to not let Kesha go free, unless he just wants to milk her by forcing her to sing songs, she is against. Have Luke, let go of Kesha in the first place, his image would have not been tarnished. People may be upset about the possibility that he may have raped her but more so people are furious with his stubbornness to not cut Kesha loose. It's almost creepy how he's clinging on to her, for god knows what. It's obvious that all Luke cares about is making music for the pennies and not the ears. It's also disgusting how this powerful male figure abuses the talent of so many women desperate to make it in a filthy industry in the first place. Record labels have too much power, have they not existed, music would be at a much more respectable place right now. Luke oppressing Kesha presents people of what could be the future of many upcoming talents, if we do not see change right now, the future could hold worse. Rapist or not, a person such as Luke is spreading a negative impact.

...I dunno how u read my post but where did I accuse him for being a rapist? I said "he's a women abuser (even if not sexually)..."; which is right, he abused a lot of female artists, he shamed Kesha's artistry and convinced her she's not a good song writer and forced her to work with other writers on her songs, he shamed her body image till she checked into rehab, he called Charlie xcx fat too, gave Demi lovato song to some other artist just because she didn't make that song her second single, he also had drama with kelly clarkson. He's a pro asshole and as I stated in my previous post, he's a bad person either way, whether the rape claims turned out to be true or not.

I swear, the family needs to shut up. If you're innocent, there will be proof to show that you're innocent. They're making themselves look bad. Also, Kesha accused him of rape, but she filed a civilian case to get out of her contract, not a criminal case. So just shut up, and free Kesha. At this point, your image is destroyed and not you or your sister can magically make it better by speaking out all the time.

Sounds to me like he's been doing a lot of speaking out. 

But yeah, I get it. He is her little brother, and I don't blame her for coming to his defense. But she should be focusing on the fact he's got a nasty reputation for being verbally abusive and inappropriate to his female co-workers. We've got his tweets and other female artists saying things about him, from their own experience, that makes him look like a real ass. Like I've said before, if this were any other job, Luke would be unhire-able and rightfully sued for harassment. He may not be a (proven) rapist, but he is certainly an unprofessional ****. And he clearly doesn't give two shits about the well-being of the artists he works with. 

While I certainly don't want him to be falsely accused of racism (nor be branded as such until there is proof), I'm not exactly crying for him late at night.
