Stef 61,645
A few weeks ago I was convinced Gaga would win and I was sure there could only be one outcome. The predictions were all in her favor, experts and media alike had this on lock. I didn't know how I'd react if she lost I thought I'd be experiencing the biggest meltdown of my stanning life. But now that it's over, sure, I was a bit bummed out, but I don't even care now. I remember reading yday that this site would explode if she lost but people seem to be accepting it. It's not that big of a deal. And after a performance as iconic as that? The award wasn't even relevant to me anymore. Thank you Gaga for such a powerful performance. And I hope you take great pride in being an Academy Award nominee Signature loading… 👹🖤

I'm sure she will have many more chances. I feel worse for Diane tbh.
PunkTheFunk 124,581
I got over it this morning She'll write the next Bond theme (or the one after that) and win an Oscar for it. Bookmark me.
Iwontell 7,312
Same here...I'm actually pretty happy with the way things turned out last night. brendablethyn 536
It's only a trophy. The performance was the impactful part. No one even remembers who won the awards the next day onwards.
CannaeDrive 3,412
I am glad I am not alone feeling that way. Last night I was so angry when Common read those names that I Immediately shut down the TV and I went to bed feeling quite empty. But today I can see a lot of positiveness in that situation and I hope everyone here will forget last night upset because I am certain great things are coming for Gaga and us. Schwerk 7,277
Same. Almost instantly I felt this 'oh well feeling'. The performance was so amazing it didn't matter that much. Also because you could feel the whole audience support her and thinking she'd win. She was already a winner. Do feel bad for Diane. It's mostly her song and she's long overdue the recognition. Confident their time will come. And I personally don't value award that much anyway. Music is about passion, it's not supposed to be a competition. According to Gaga I'm a ****ing rad bitch
