He just opened the future wide open for a new conceptualization of politics in the US. That is nothing short of revolutionary. Therefore, regardless of the end result of the nomination process, Sanders won his place in the American political history." - A post I saw on Facebook (condensed) I have to admit he did surprise me in how he's been doing in some places given all these facts. Americans FEAR the word "socialism" and for him to outright say he is a "democratic socialist" was a huge risk. I think it's clear Trump vs. Hillary will be the general election. Starting at 0 and with well-established candidates already organized in the remaining states, it's an insurmountable feat.
