I agree. Its scary the lg5-related topics are as optimistic as those before ARTPOP. It can get messy again if she doesn't slay - which is certainly possible, just as her succeeding. We don't know anything about this new record - she could even come out with country songs lol. gaga is completely different each time.

Yes, but it's really just her first nomination. I think she'll have a chance at Best Supporting Actress (I believe she will act in a major film) or Best Original Song again in the future.

It's not because she didn't win, it was because a bad song won. Award shows aren't celebrating excellence anymore, the Oscar should have gone to either TIHTY or Manta Ray because they both fulfilled a purpose. There was a legitimate reason why these songs was written like they were, how they were composed etc. Writing's on the Wall was just a basic song for a movie and that's why I am upset because it won. It didn't deserve to be awarded with an Oscar.
