But, if I like the Colony idea, adore it actually. Especially if they actually manage to combine Native American mythos with Christianity really well. But beside Survival Games and Colony I'm not sure how many more themes we can go with before we start pulling them out of our asses. A lot of American is based upon a mixture of cultures... I have to be given a few days to come up with an entire plotline for a new AHS. It's horror based drama. Most, if not all things that are planned to be long time series have to appeal to a large enough crowd. That and I doubt Ryan's ability to actually write an entire season about scaring people. Not to mention, horror is subjective. It'd be hard to write something that scares everyone. so it's easier to write horror based drama, and just scare the **** out of characters. Like, if it was a show based upon my fears, we'd barely get more than one episode since I am more scared by "nothing is there" type of things. And jumpscares. Oh god I love a good jumpscare.
