Kylie Minogue drags Kylie Jenner

This is the second time this week that I've said this: I don't follow the Kardashian thing at all, but there is so much anger and hostility towards them on this site alone that it's actually kind of scary. Some of you sound downright violent.

I'd suggest some people here think about how worked up they really need to get over a person they don't know and purport not to care about.

Kylie Minogue, the one and only - has been around in the entertainment industry since the mid 80's. 10 years before Kylie Jenner was born.

Kylie contributes through music, Kylie Jenner as well as the rest of the Kardashian/Jenner clan, does not.

If anyone has the right to trademark 'Kylie', It's Kylie Minogue.

It's just a name, I don't see why people trademark over stuff like that :rip: That being said, can we not get into insulting and bashing Kylie Jenner, if you dislike her sure voice it but there's no need to go for the attacks

Trademarking name is futile and stupid to me, except you got unique name such as Ebola or Sars, it is always beyond me why the people in question think it is good idea, especially when there are peoole before them who are more wellknown by that name.

Well, to be fair, Kylie M. has been an established artist for a very long time, long before Kylie Jenner was even born. She's an international brand too. Most people associate the name with Kylie Minogue anyway.

But then, I don't see the point in trademarking a name, particularly one so common. It's like trademarking a common phrase. Unless it's a tagline super specific to a corporation, I personally find all other uses to be cringe-worthy.

But that's just my opinion.

Just repeat to yourself, "It's just a show. I should really just relax."

SCALP HA

But seriously tho. Miss Minogue is Australia's queen and should draw no affiliation to that bunch of reality tv slags.
