No. I like few of her songs but let's face it her music is pure trash.

It's not her fault that Dr Luke didn't let her evolve musically, assuming you listened only to her officially released music (most probably only the singles, I won't even ask about unreleased :rip: )

are you implying the music on her albums that Luke forced her to sing or the unreleased which is what defines her?

I wasn't aware that LG5 will be Gaga's 2nd album with Tony Bennett

OT : yes

I wasn't aware people would misinterpret what I was talking about so badly...

The last comment was in terms of the quality of her singing partners and the quality of Gaga's voice, it wasn't me expressing that I thought LG5 would sound anything like C2C.

As explained in the rest of my paragraph, that you and the other user who quoted me have ignored, with LG5 I would assume and hope Gaga will be building upon the past couple of years with her continuing to establish herself as a formidable and respectable vocalist.

I don't think Kesha would be able to match Gaga vocally. Gaga can sing alongside Tony Bennett - that's the sort of vocals she is capable of. Kesha couldn't match that.

Riot Poof

If Gaga were to collaborate with Kesha on a song promoting unity during hard times or a song condemning sexual assault and the exploitation of women in the entertainment industry, then that would be a moment. I'd so be here for that.

If the song's just a simple song about partying and stuff... nah.

I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.

His comment like made me so upset. I'm sure he didn't even know she had unreleased songs:air:

I'm implying that every Single Song by her I've heard so far is bad in my opinion.

No, I want LG5 to be a masterpiece and a cohesive piece of work, if she would try to fit Kesha into a random song it wouldn't sound genuine imo.

Why would you compare 'the quality of Kesha's singing partners' when she had little to no control over career? :toofunny: there are people who are expecting Gaga to have a song with Katy and Madonna who are way more terrible vocalists than Kesha and that says alot :rip: don't dismiss her  yet, she can surprise

I'd love to see a collab between the 2! Maybe not for LG5 but I'd be definately there for it!
 I love them!

Till' it Happens to you Feat Kesha performance would be so beautiful and meaningful!

I'm not comparing 'the quality of Kesha's singing partners' with Gaga's :smh: I never said that. I have never mentioned any of Kesha's singing partners, the quality of Kesha's singing partners would be completely irrelevant to my point.  I only mentioned one of Gaga's singing partners, saying that Gaga's the type of vocalist that can sing with Tony (and in my earliest post could sing SOM or do the national anthem! You just got fixated on Tony as if I said LG5 would be the sequel to C2C) and that Kesha, although a very good singer, isn't to that same standard from a vocal perspective.

It's like you are only reading one sentence of whatever I write, twisting it completely and removing it of any context.

I used C2C and Tony Bennett as such a simple example of how Gaga is a different kind of vocalist to Kesha. I am actually purely talking about Gaga and her abilities as a singer, saying that Gaga is a good enough vocalist to pair with Tony Bennett and that Kesha isn't at that level vocally.

The lack of control Kesha has had in her career has literally nothing to do with anything I have said at all. You have turned me saying something as simple as "I would love Gaga to continue to build her image as a serious vocalist, I would love there to be a strong vocal element with LG5 and I don't think Kesha fits into that" into something like "KESHA Can't sing at all! I H8 her and her music she is bad at everything and she has never sung with Tony Bennett lol".

I don't want Gaga to collab with Katy or Madonna for LG5? So that's completely irrelevant. I wouldn't want Lorde to be on LG5 even though she is one of my favourite contemporary artists, second only to Gaga. That's not a diss to Lorde, but she also isn't the vocalist Gaga is. She doesn't fit into the concept I want for LG5.

I'm not dismissing Kesha, I think she is a great songwriter and I think she has a good voice that is suited well to acoustic and rock type music. I think she is a real cool musician, I just don't think she would fit into the concept of LG5 that I imagine. The fact that you are getting so defensive over this is bizarre to me.

By the time you reach the end of this sentence, it'll be too late to realize I just wasted your time with a pointless sig.
