I agree with you, but after Oscars.....she'll be okay again.  I think the world will be wowed by her singing on Sunday and will forget about the Bowie tribute.  Not to mention, it will put more of a spot light on rape and Kesha.  I think Gaga  will be ok.

Gaga's always been polarizing. People either love her or hate her. It has happened since Just Dance was dropped into our lives. 

I hate members here saying things general like "The GP love Gaga again" like who the hell is the GP. 

As I said some people love Gaga, some people hate Gaga.

I don't think we should overly worry about that. I mean, Justin Bieber has been (and is still) labelled the biggest douchebag ever, yet he still manages to get hits after hits, and a huge album.

We should just accept that we support a bold and true artist who refuses to be basic. From that point, there will always be people who will dislike what she does. Look at that Bowie tribute. Had she done a Lorde-like tribute, media would have said "she became boring, no imagination at all, where is Gaga ?".

For the next era, if the music is good and the marketing is on point, she'll get by.

Gaga's never gonna get the near-unanimous praise that Adele gets, so let's just bask in how much positive press she's getting right now despite the backlash. I get the impression that only haters and pressed Bowie fans are coming for her Bowie tribute, so it's not a big deal.
