I've listed the top 4 male singers/rappers of each year, according to Billboard. Which line-up is your favorite?

You'd expect to see Sam Smith on here, wouldn't you? Well his power was split between 2014 and 2015. He came in 5th place for males both years.

Purpose didn't make the cutoff, you'll see it in 2016. the 2016 Billboard year begins in mid November. So bieber only had What Do you Mean to gain points with, and maybe a little bit of Sorry. I'm already positive Bieber will be the Top male act of the 2016 Billboard year.
