Madonna reveals she fired her trainer because she slept with her boyfriend

Madonna revealed at her Manila Rebel Heart show that she fired her former trainer Nicole Winhoffer because she (Nicole) slept with her (Madonna's) boyfriend. The boyfriend (allegedly) is 20-something French dancer Brahim Zaibat.
