Yea that's not an attack on his family, just on him. He's saying the guy's kids are embarrassed at how out-of-touch and misinformed their dad is. It's an extreme way of putting it, but you made it sound as though he attacked the kids themselves.

Going for this guy's kids...bringing kids into a conversation that had nothing to do with them is out of line. What is it with him bringing up people's kids and families? It's bizarre, even for him.

I feel like Kanye is the type who would misunderstand a "i don't support this but do whatever" with "omg i love this you should totally do this" because it's too difficult to change his opinion due to his ego. The conversation must have been something along those lines. 

So maybe that's why he thinks he got her permission, I mean anyone who respects themselves would disagree to be featured on a track in such way.

You're very ignorant if you truly believe that he doesn't have some internal issues. His social media and daily ranting are apparent signs of mental illness. There's been rumors of Kim being scared of his actions. This is no longer about him being artistically free. It's about him being a 38 year old man with two children being obsessed with a girl who's accomplished more in 10 years than he has in his entire career. Which you know eats away at him and his mental stability.
