If Gaga's album has quality .. Adele .. or no matter who , aren't a threat ... simple as that !

I wouldn't be so sure. Kendrick Lamar's To Pimp A Butterfly was up for like 10 nominations and received critical acclaim like no one's business but it still lost to 1989 (which clearly won due to it's commercial success.)

She's going to take home all the awards. Period. It doesn't even matter if Jesus Christ himself comes down to earth and drops the greatest album of all time. She's still going to win.

The only category Adele may lose is AOTY.

I think either ways .. we shouldn't call Adele a threat !  May be we can pull a 1989 ..

Am I the only one who doesn't see 25 as the biggest threat to Gaga at the Grammys?

its pretty much 21 2.0, the sounds aren't revolutionary, they're still sad, she still has a pretty voice. I don't think they're gonna give Adele AOTY again just bc it's nothing new. However, the sales are phenomenal and broke a billion records so perhaps based on that she will win.

But there were albums in the past such as Beck's that won over BEYONCE and In The Lonely Hour by Sam Smith which were also more popular and commercially successful than them. The Grammys is rather irregular in their pattern. They consider both commercial and critical success of an album before they award them.

I think LG5 stands a chance if the Grammys decide they are tired of ballads later. In the past few years they have been in favour of ballads.

I don't think the Grammys are gonna kiss Adele's ass as much this time around. Even if they are, it's like... whatever. Gaga's gonna face some kind of "threat" no matter when she releases. At least there are no commercial threats on the horizon.

I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.
