hELXIG 43,066
In my opinion not at all! Back in 2013 all we knew was that she had cancelled shows and broken her hip. Obviously HUGE stuff for her to be going through emotionally and physically. And then she disappeared. Back then I was concerned for her health, mental and physical, for months, and no one knew if she was depressed, giving up, coming back to music, going to be able to walk properly again let alone dance and/or tour ever again, or even fricken dead. Right now we know that she's healthy, happy, successful, winning awards, walking runways, engaged, basically just doing well in every single way. We're getting tweets and updates from her regularly, new photos every day. And also that she's working, or even finishing, new music! We're almost ready for a new era and album. I'd say we're in the most positive place right now that we've been in a for long time. 2013's blackout was scary and worrying. Right now we're just feeling impatient. I'll be myself until they fūcking close the coffin.
Riot Poof 2,236
tbh I don't think I was even focusing on Gaga during the 2013 blackout. I'll agree with the OP just because I don't think I was actually anticipating new music from Gaga at that time, while I'm DYING for a new album rn. I definitely agree that Gaga's doing a lot of things to quench our thirsts, tho. I'm not a woman. I'm not a man. I am something that you'll never understand.
