I'm not sure what your argument is exactly, but a woman's attire is not an invitation to forcible rape, assault or verbal harassment.

Simple compliment if you know the individual is the most any civil male needs to do...

Read my comment correctly, Im on the side of the argument that states what you wear its not an excuse for rape.
