You can't be possibly comparing a woman's mental and physical integrity, not to mention her ability to earn her living and express herself artistically, to burgers and meat! You don't have to boycott him, that's your prerogative, but please, and I mean PLEASE, don't ever repeat such hideous comparisson.

Sure hun, like I totally meant of how you interpret it that way. I was just waiting for someone to call me out. It's not like Animal lives matter as well. OMG. How ironic. Animal = Ke$ha :: Monster = Gaga? Hahahahah get that too?

You get what I mean, don't SJW me. I have no intent to degrade animals nor powerful females or whatever politically correct word fits your dictionary.

Everyone just stop for a minute and think: NOTHING is truly confirmed yet. IF you are accused of being a rapist, and let's just say you're not, how would you feel about everyone in the whole damn world blacklisting you?

I'm not saying Kesha is lying or what not, but let's not jump to conclusions here.

This and I mean even if he produced it, we still have to respect the artists who worked with him (without even knowing)

I doubt for example Pink had issues with him.. It's like people were blacklisting you because you worked with a alleged rapist without knowing it... Stupid...

Does it count if I have a free Spotify. Or I just skip the songs he wrote?

Yes it counts, free Spotify has ads and that ad money goes to the musicians/producers

Actually, Pink has A LOT of issues with Dr. Luke because all of the songs he worked on with her were recycled beats from singles had previously produced.

An industry inside wrote an entire book about Hollywood shenanigans (Drinking With Strangers by Butch Walker), including early Dr. Luke exposés.

"Dr. Luke apparently is known for chopping up old songs on Pro Tools and changing the smallest part necessary to consider it a new song. So he chops up an old song he did with another artist. Gives it to Pink. Basically selling the same song twice. But she didn't know until after the song was out. And she was pissed. She confronted him about it and told him to F off she would never work with him again. He says she never liked him in the first place but was working with Max and this guy was brought in."

Similar stuff happened with Avril Lavigne concerning her song Girlfriend:

"He then pulled something similar on Butch with Avril's song. I don't know her songs but he said it was like Oh Mickey. He manipulated her in a way that made it look like she took part in him stealing Butch's idea for a song that he presented to Avril before she met Dr. Luke. Apparently they (Luke and Avril) were sued and settled out of court by some other party.

Butch claims he essentially stole a million dollars from him because the song was a hit. He then goes on to say without naming names that Dr. Luke is a 40 year old coke head Addidas track suit wearing loser despite having a number of massive hits.

He came up with the idea and got clearance for Mickey. The label liked his concept and it was going to be the first single on her album. He was the first person working on the album. Months later she is working with Luke on another track. Plays the Mickey song, he tells her he can do better. Then she goes to Butch and wants to make changes. Butch thinks Luke was whispering in her ear about it. Because by this point Luke is massive and he has artists believing that whatever they did with other producers he can out do it because look, he's that sure fire hit maker guy. When Luke started remaking it Butch told him he would not share producer credit. So Luke and Avril start working on the song but Butch didn't know exactly what was being done because everyone surrounding the project were all of sudden tight lipped. But her band spilled that they were rehearsing a song that sounded like Mickey and that's when he knew what was going on. Luke just changed the chorus which he stole from another group and got sued for. When Butch called him on it. Luke was surprised Butch heard the final product and then flipped out and was acting guilty. He then blames Avril for everything. Butch told him to watch his back because he will be effing him up next time he sees him. Avril felt so bad she burst out in tears when she finally had the guts to call him and basically apologize. Butch confronts Luke at a holiday party and all Luke can say is that he has all of these top 5 hits on the radio at the moment like some four year old. Butch is thrown out of the party after he is pulled off of Luke. End story."

I copy pasted the paragraphs from ATRL, the thread for it also includes pictures/screenshots of the actual book and story: http://atrl.net/forums/showthread.php?t=300191

They mentally and physically torture animals to make meat, the comparison made sense. It's not a hideous statement, it's a fair statement. #AnimalLivesMatter

Yeah but I meant about sexual things... I think it's not good to boycott some of those artists great old songs just because it's produced by this assh*le..

Though yeah I think we should blacklist all new songs that will come after what happened to Kesha...

Btw, 2015 has been a low year for Luke, usually he produced lot more for artists, I'm pretty sure most artists are already blacklisting

Also worth mentioning is that Dr. Luke owns a record label and as the CEO of the company he gets 25% of the song's revenues irregardless of whether he co-wrote them or not. The following artists are signed to his record label and should be blacklisted as well:

Becky G

Juicy J

Zara Larsson

LunchMoney Lewis

Lil Bibby

Elliphant

Christian Burghardt

Rock City

Sophia Black

@DiscoHeaven23 yeah this is very true. Demi Lovato actually exposed him. She didn't name who it was but later we found out. she said a producer took a song from her album cause she refused to put it as a second single and then he gave it to another artist
