IF it was her idea, then the setup, the flow and the choreo should have been better. For all we know, the camera angles helped her performance. Probably, but the stage setup itself was hard to dealt with. Hard to focus on what things to present. But I agree, could have been better. They probably didn't plan ahead on setting up multiple cameras as they're supposed to on live events.
