There is no way a song from 50 Shades is going to win an Oscar - that movie is up for 6 Razzies this year, which is the joint most nominated movie. The Oscars have never let a song win if it's from a movie that's a Razzie favourite. There has never been a film that has won Oscars and Razzies. It would make a mockery of the ceremony if there was ever some Oscar/Razzie crossover. Nobody would ever take the awards seriously ever again.

The Bond franchise has never been as Oscar favourite, despite the public's love for it. Its had a few nominations but only wins once in a blue moon. Adele won because she was an undisputed superstar and everyone loved that song. Sam isn't as successful as she was, the song was nowhere near as successful and it was widely regarded as a bit of a damp squib of a song, along with the movie being a bit of a disappointment. Therefore, no way is a Bond theme going to have 2 consecutive Oscars wins. Like I said, this is once is a blue moon stuff.

As for the other 2, they're virtually unknown. The Oscars doesn't mind this so much in the nomination process but it does seem to take it into account when deciding the actual winner. It's not impossible, but if one does win, it'll be by a gnat's wing of a difference, I'm sure.

Taking it all into consideration, it's not often I say this, but Gaga pretty much has it in the bag. I say "pretty much" to give that 0.1% flicker of doubt that is always possible. But considering that the Oscars are famous for giving the statue to someone who's never won an award after years of service to the industry...and considering Diane's been nominated so many times but never won...and considering Leo's the hot favourite to win Best Actor after years of nominations but no wins...
