You are all acting like is a given that Gaga will win the Oscar when Sam Smith has really good chances of winning it too. It's a 50/50 but I think Gaga's Golden Globe win made her fans think of her as an award magnet even though she lost a grammy last week. She's performing at the event so that's all I care about. Â But then neither are any of the other songs that great. Â So I don't treat it as a fact, but because Diane Warren has been nominated so many times, like seven, and never won, I think that's their in. Â Often when someone has never won an Oscar but been nominated a lot over the years, they are rewarded for it with an Oscar finally, even if not their best work. Dianne has been deserving of this award for years. If the academy award Leo they will award Dianne. The song is from a rape documentary. The only thing that beats that is a race related film. Gags has campaigned for votes. There are no other options. Gaga might as well be the only nominee because the others really don't stand a chance.
