One Direction's Singles Performances

Here are the week to week performances of One Direction's singles on the Billboard Hot 100.

-One Direction seems to have an extremely loyal fan base that purchases the new singles the first week they come out, giving 1D Top 10 songs. However, after that first week, the songs only perform mediocre, with the exception of "What Makes You Beautiful" or "Story of My Life".

-I personally think "Steal My Girl", "Night Changes" and "Perfect" should've had better chart lives. although "Perfect" was very successful on Top 40 radio, becoming only one of four songs of theirs to chart in the Top 10 ("What Makes You Beautiful" (#3), "Story of My Life" (#4) and "Drag Me Down" (#6) were the others)

Kinda sad that their positions on chart aren't going well for the past few eras. But that's how teen pop works. JB kinda made it through, so good for him. Hopefully 1D will rise again, in the vide0 industry :green:

Not the only song I like from them peaking at #68 :smh:

Oh well, RIP 1D, hello Zayne's floppy solo career, Louis' baby, Harry's coming out party and future as a model/fashion designer :applause:

Life ain't Hollywood for any one of us.

Not too bad considering zero promo. They had signed with Modest though, so it's not surprising that promo was garbage.

I would have thought it was a warning to all when they destroyed Leonas career entirely.

So, their biggest hit is Best Song Ever? Surprising...

Like the song, though. :green:

What Makes You Beautiful, but close enough because Best Song Ever is #3
