If she's +80% done, then I can see her releasing the lead single near her birthday with an iHeart Radio Music Awards debut performance & the album in May around the BBMAS. If she's not too far into it, she'll release the lead single in May with a BBMA debut performance & the album in August just in time for the VMAS. That would F L O P. First of all, late June isn't a good time to release a single. People are just starting summer vacation & the sales are very poor around that time. There is also no promo slots during that time. Album in early August is a no. Sales are terrible at that time. If anything, she should avoid a release in the middle of the summer. It wouldn't make sense for her to release a pop single & then perform a slow song about rape a few days later at the Oscars. If that was the case, she would've debuted the single before the Grammys so she could promote it there. Don't expect announcements until mid-late March at the very earliest. She really hasn't starting hyping at all & even though she is quiet this time around, you can't deny she'll tease us a bit when the announcement comes close. I think she'll take March/April to finish LG5 & possibly start hyping. She'll release the single in May with a BBMA debut performance. After all, she was Billbord's WOTY so it makes sense.
