We are not worthy of Gaga

Wow , this site has been flooding with positivity for the past year. I was truly happy of the community we formed here , it was so hard to get are own to once again believe in Gaga after ARTPOP. Gaga is aware of how unmanaged and complicated the era was, she tried her best to redeem our faith and to stay true to herself. The whole C2C era was based on hope, hoping that talent truly wins and it did , if we compare Gaga of 2015 to Gaga of 2014 no one would have expected such a recovery in terms of image. Where once an artist unappreciated for her talents to a world recognized voice. So just cause you saw some negative tweets and the intel collab was underwhelming, you go back into negative mode. Damn, after everything though, after the Oscars performance, The C2C Grammy win and C2C high acclaim, Baku 2015, AHS, Winning the GG, Billboard's Women Of The Year, Live National Anthem at the Superbowl. I'm sorry but this fan base is not worthy of an artist that breaks every boundary in her way, does her all, puts her all into not only following her dreams but trying to help ours happen. Have we all forgot the Emotional Revolution and The Born This Way Foundation, you think other artist care about their fans as much as Gaga, if so then why not join that fan base. Gaga is not perfect , no one is, therefore 24/7 praise should not be expected. I mean heck if this fan base's recent negativity was from Gaga's song charting low on the charts, I would have at least understood the desire to want your fav to slay. But expecting eternal praise , is just stupid, what good is it to you and what good is it to Gaga. This is a music industry not a praise one, save the complaints for the actual music-LG5. 

Other things I'd like to point out 

-As a fan of Gaga during her perceived prime eras TF&TFM, Gaga was never as acclaimed as she is now.  

-I never cared for this intel thing anyways, you guys act like we were needing it, the whole purpose of these projects is to hold off until LG5

for god sake , name one artist who does these mini-eras, we got a freakin TV SHOW, we should really be thankful.

-I perceive the whole of 2015-2016 so far to be better than the ARTPOP era and I perceive the ARTPOP era to be miles better than Riri's current era,

let that sink in for a minute and tell me how should you feel in comparison to how a Navy Member should feel. 

-If you think about it, Gaga is the best artist to stan for , cause she always delivers musically, something I can rarely say for other artist. Basically Gaga is consistent which is why I love her pair that with her performance+vocal skills (whom no one can take from her) and you got a real threat.

 

Thank you and I hope that we can all just remain positive as a fan base and enjoy our time witnessing this legend, if anything the death of Bowie should teach us to appreciate Gaga while we still have the chance and that's the reality of life I'm afraid.

"We" depends of who, but I'm definitely not in that part. I will root for Gaga no matter what and I'm rational enough to control myself and be happy and positive about her. The Bowie tribute was wonderful and everyone will deal.

yes gaga is getting so much good press here in the UK again now I just cant wait for a new single because the only gaga songs regularly played on radio here are Just Dance Poker Face Bad Romance and the edge of glory. Bad romance still gets played loads though

We are witnessing a reverse stan experience, where Little Monsters are overly critical of Gaga's work and the rest of the world seems fine by it.

 

(and don't say the problem was hype, you should have learned the lesson after five years of the same underwhelming feeling)

Then you have nothing to worry about, once Gaga's legacy is over, you won't have any regrets, for you have been appreciating her the entire time.

Nitpicking about your favorite artist has to stop.  

People have to live for themselves, not her and I mean that about the overhyping and the fact that some expectations are not fulfilled, but the problem is that Gaga is being quiet about it because she has learnt of her mistakes! When will her fanbase? If everyone would be more positive and actually bought her albums to allow her to do more wonderful things for us it would be pure bliss.

We aren't going to like everything she does. That's life. She will still be recognized as a legend. What's the problem? We all need to stop crying over a performance /an artist and live our lives.

Please don't try to divide this fanbase into "old" or "new". If you're a Gaga fan, you're a Gaga fan. I've been a fan of hers since 2008 and I have to admit that I didn't enjoy the performance yesterday as much as I would have wanted to. But giving more worth to my opinion because I've known her for longer over someone who hasn't is not the way to handle what's going on on this site.

I'd like to think that as a fanbase that we do have divisive and often times negative and positive opinions, but I think we all knew that before signing up to this site. I think we're creating our own problems here. Instead of creating threads that merely accumulate the problem and say "these fans are doing this/that", why don't we just take everybody's opinion with a grain of salt, acknowledge that we all have our own, and respond to each other like mature adults instead of constantly bashing the counter opinion. Cause if it's one thing that we as a fanbase are "worthy" of, it's a friggin babysitter.
