I mean I guess they could've had a poser David Bowie "fan" do it... :wtf:

Gaga was the one to do it regardless of the overall outcome.

What even? :crossed: what a mess!

I think everyone needs to take a deep breath and re-watch the performance. It was a good performance... I don't understand the sudden mixed acclaim.

You don't deserve a point of view if the only thing you see is you.

Oh well, people will always have something bad to say. She put in so much hard work and did a fantastic job :applause: the overwhelming consensus is that it was amazing and it's a shame that he can't appreciate all the time, work, energy, money and dedication that went into remembering and honoring his father.

Cold as ice cream, but still as sweet.

Well it was about his father so it's obvious people care what he thinks. He actually knew the man unlike Gaga. He obviously didn't like it and that's his opinion. We can't force him to like it.

I don't really remember Bowie ever showing much love for her so it makes sense that his family doesn't either. It should've been done by someone closer to Bowie and his family.

This is actually so rude, She tributes your father and his legacy and memories, show some respect

But seriously.. someone performs a wonderful tribute to your dead father, someone who inspired the tributee greatly, and this is how you repay them? With shade? Get bent tbh.. disgusted with this.

Don't really know what he's getting at here. It sure is a curious way of acknowledging the musical profession paying tribute to his father's memory. If you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all.

I don't even care about his opinion (or even Bowie's if he was alive) Gaga payed an amazing, elaborate and sincere tribute to her biggest idol and at the end that's all that counts.

"overexcited or irrational, typically as a result of infatuation or excessive enthusiasm; mentally confused." Damn it! What IS that word!?

Gaga gave him more love than his son ever did :awkney:

Are you joking?  She never met the man. She's another artist, like many, who looked up to Bowie.

Bowie and his son were incredibly close.  He had full custody of his son as a child and were terribly close also as he grew up and became an adult.  Duncan talked about his dad all the time.

YAWN. He's entitled to his feelings, and I feel like he won't be satisfied with any tribute. Gaga killed it and people loved it, that's the only thing that matters.
