She took everything people complained with passed albums and transformed her artistry. She went full on pop, made good emotionally deep pop music, she made songs about a relationship but made sure the album as a whole was about change and rebirth and not to mention before Adele released, she was one of the most extremely successful pop acts in a while because of...1989. Album of the year. All the best to Kendrick, but I hate seeing Taylor's hard work discredited because yall don't like her music. If Kendrick won instead of Taylor, I wouldn't be upset because really it has no impact on my life. Also I don't have to defend it.
