Stop overflowing every thread with comments about plastic surgery

I don't really see the big deal if people notice and point it out. I mean, each look has different works done on her face so talking about the jobs/botox/etc is still totally in the spirit of the thread. It's the same as talking about the dress she's wearing or her wig. This is no way spamming.

If you are bothered, I don't see what's so hard about scrolling past these posts. It's literally just a swipe of a finger. I for one am not bothered and as long as the post is on topic, we don't have the right to impose on other users' freedom of speech.

I agree with you, but she's human and has her fair share of issues. Gaga has always been more of a victim than someone who embodies strength and security in my eyes. I view her as someone you shouldn't take too literally or with a grain of salt.

Yes, she is a role model and a figure of hope, but in my eyes you should look to her as someone who understands what you're going through and is attempting to heal. Not someone you look to for guidance on how to live your life. She has many issues and insecurities like many of us do. There's nothing anyone can do about it.

it's not her job to make sure who wants and doesn't want plastic surgery.

People need to stop looking up to others too deep. If they feel offended by her alterations then they did not get the message of the album right in the first place. What if being slightly altered makes her who she wants to be? People, look up to yourself to see who you want to be. Dont take it to heart if your role model wants something different to make themselves feel comfortable. Its not their job to make you comfortable, youre supposed to find your own peace. Sure her message can help, but understand the message before takinhg it perdonal

It would be okay if people just shared their opinion about Gaga's looks (because her  looks are one of the most interesting things about her), but this is going out of hand. Most of the threads are turning into discussions about botox.

basically reading any thread in news or thoughts section of GGD has gotten useless because every thread gets filled with the same complaints.  It's tiring to read and just produces negative attitude and vibe.

I agree with this post  If it's about how Gaga looks in a certain picture then commenting on her cheeks/lips is as relevant as commenting on her clothes. Like I'm not sure how you can separate discussing Gaga's face and possible procedures when discussing how she looks in a picture  

But I also agree that this same discussion doesn't need to go as far as overtaking each thread because then it just makes things repetitive and kinda frustrating when it's everywhere

Of course it's not my business how SHE wants to live her life, I am saying all these only because I appreciate her and lover her as an artist. And ofcourse I'll keep loving her either she has done surgery or not... I am  30 yrs old and i'm "judging" her only for her art, but there are some teen fans that are struggling with self-acceptance of their image and they are receiving contradicting messages from her.

It is getting aggravating to come on GGD and see it constantly. Something needs to be done, but I won't hold my breath.

And your solution is to ban the discussions on those threads altogether? You can't prevent discussion if something is evidently changed on her face. What you can do is ignore those posts. The threads with discussions like these generally die down after two pages unless someone argues back thus adding fuel to the fire.
