Why is Gaga not supporting Bernie Sanders

I think it'd be good if Gaga came out in support of Hillary more vocally. Some other girls in the business have. Including Demi Lovato, Christina, Beyonce, Kim K, Olivia Wilde, Jamie Lee Curtis, Ellen DeGeneres, Katy (ugh), Lena Dunham, and many others.

personally, I think that most of the pop stars & celebrities will not be endorsing Bernie because he's anti-establishment, anti-wealthy elite, and people who are wealthy will want to protect their wealth...

i'm sure that Gaga would appreciate Bernie's stances on civil liberties, and his long term commitment to them especially.. but Gaga, when it boils down to it, is a wealthy millionaire. and she probably feels that Hillary will do a better job protecting the money and income of the top wealthy people.

although I hope and pray that Gaga has a breakthrough and decides to endorse Bernie, and I hope the same of Beyonce as well.

It's because Gaga is educated and understands that while Bernie has his good points on income inequality, the President of the United States needs to have a knowledge on more than the economy. Gaga understands that Hillary knows her stuff when it comes to foreign policy, domestic issues, LGBT rights, women's rights, worker's rights, etc. She also has a history of working accross the aisle with both Democrats and Republicans, while Bernie would probably alienate both parties under his self-proclaimed socialist views. You know, he wasn't even a Democrat until last year. :-s

Pop stars shouldn't even talk about who they support, some fans can get easily influenced, they should keep it for themselves tbh...

Born Brave

Also lets be clear... Bernie isn't going to be the nominee... He didn't even really win anything substantial last night... he got 13 delegates to Hillary's 15. The democratic parties nomination system is so screwed up.

Or maybe she generally believes Hillary will be a better President than Bernie Sanders?

This. Why should we necessarily assume Bernie would be a better candidate? Just because he says nicer things to people's ears? Candidates with great ideas and good intentions aren't rare - being able to fulfill those promises is another story.

Whispering

Because they believe in basically the same things, except Hillary has a more realistic approach. Maybe Gaga appreciates some realism when it comes to politics? Maybe she wants someone who is more experienced and knowledgable?

It's a part of the people's responibility to make sure they happen... Voting doesn't stop just at the presedential level, but it continues on for Congress which is where it matters equally if not, more than the presidential election.
