if she apologized and gave credit on the video or even twitter i'm sure it'd be fine, it was a mistake maybe, idek if beyonce was the one to direct the video, but if she was she could just give credit and it'd be cool, i'm sure. but instead she'll probably ignore it and the beehive will attack this man for no reason

I don't find fair that a song people actually have not paid for it goes platinum. Then they could count illegal downloads, no? It's like the same, but one is officially published and the illegal one isn't... It has not the same value when people are actually spending their money on an album than when they're getting it as a gift for free by the company. Same as when you get a 2nd hand CD...
