dopega 3,737
People in YouTube are saying that she injured her hip on Monster Ball tour, and it got worse. What do you guys think?
Sunny 12,736
Well, she was falling before that and walking in 12 inch heels. I guess the injury just kept getting worse and worse and reached a climax Or maybe the injury happened at once. I'm not a doctor I would like to know tho I like dancin', and ponies.... Raikou 1,169
There is no way she would have made it through the albeit short Judas era with an injured hip though.
Kermit 15,807
ouch... Maybe she's always had it but didn't want it to get between her and her career. “For me, insanity is super sanity. wahkeenasitka 1,995
yeah. wow. the fall in that video.. she really had it coming the way that she performed so hard wearing such horrible shoes and wearing platform stiletto stripper shoes everywhere... it's a miracle she can walk at all after all the damage she inflicted on her body. at least she's grown up a lot now in her choices. Rino 5,120
I think it might have been You and I's performance at 2011 Vmas. Remember when she fell from the top of that piano? That sounded really bad and she was clearly in pain after getting up to finish the performance And she kinda started swelling after it. When Marry The Night era began, it was noticeable that she was getting weirdly bigger. But all in all many things could have contributed to her injury - from wearing crazy high heels to nasty falls on stage. 月にかわって、おしおきよ!🌙

She also tweeted 12th February 2013 that "I've been hiding a show injury and chronic pain for a sometime now, over the past month it has worsened. I've been praying it would heal." It looks like it was progressive, but her falling didn't help it I guess that is the life of a pop star, I'm just glad she is doing good now  I like dancin', and ponies.... Its possible but I feel like she would have said something by now. Gaga has explained a lot of the details of her injury. I'm pretty sure I remember her saying her injury started a few months before the tour got cancelled. it just kept getting worse until she couldn't walk anymore. The "swelling" was most likely just her gaining weight. Gaga has been gaining and losing weight her entire career, sometimes pretty dramatically. I can't even keep track of what her body looks like. 4 hours ago, Sunny said: Well, she was falling before that and walking in 12 inch heels. I'm not a doctor I would like to know tho She did say it was progressive, which is typical for labral tears. Her injury might have started as something extremely minor, like a muscle pull or something. She never took care of herself and just kept performing, so the injury didn't have a chance to heal and got worse. She probably didn't even realize she was hurt because she was high on weed all the time and didn't feel it until the injury got more significant. All of us have slight misalignments and imbalances in our bodies. When we overwork ourselves and/or exercise without proper form, these misalignments become progressively more and more pronounced. I don't think its a coincidence that Gaga is a lefty and got injured on her right side. Typically our dominant side is slightly more developed muscularly, which helps to protect us from injury.
