I think it's one of those "Gaga exaggerations/way of saying" that she sometimes does :p It has probably already happened that she had like the base and rough concept of the song and lyrics in 5 minutes, but like a REAL SONG doesn't seem so plausible imo I think it's very possible to have a song with the lyrics, the chord progression and bass line, and even some melodic idea for an hook or riff, all in 5 min. It's not like you haven't heard that music before, it just clicks on that moment. And it comes together. You usually think about that song for a while until it clicks and it's done. that's how i see it happening for Ga. I believe she has done some songs like that, in less than 20 min (you sit on the piano, improvise with melody. Put the rough lyrics, hear the recording of the improv and do it again, and there's 20 min if you work fast) . And, at least one in 5 min. I sort of feel it, when i hear some of her songs.
