As of today, 29 delegates Clinton to 21 to Sanders. 2 are uncommitted but ultimately irrelevant. In politics "virtual ties" don't exist. 

It's funny how just because it's Clinton who won that people are calling this a "tie". I'm fairly certain if Sanders won the Berniebots would be calling it a crushing victory. It's so expected that Sanders wouldn't concede. He has no class.

Considering Iowa was supposedly more friendly to Sanders, and he needed to win it while Clinton didn't, this is actually a big loss for Sanders.

Exactly that is his aim.

The unfortunate truth is that this tie hurts him more than it hurts her. She is obviously the Democratic establishment's choice for the nomination and that won't change unless Bernie begins to beat her with overwhelming numbers.

Iowa is a white-majority liberal state where its denizens lean socialist. Theoretically they should be leaning towards Bernie.

Furthermore, caucuses attract activists and the more zealous followers of a candidate. Once again that goes in favor of Bernie.

While different polls said different things, many assumed that Bernie was going to win Iowa and New Hampshire. While the latter is most likely to going to happen, that the former didn't is a huge blow to Sanders. He hasn't even conceded. Hilary didn't even need Iowa.

You're right though. Hillary is the more natural choice and her performance is just cementing it.

True. 

It's more than I personally expected though. I expected Hilary to win by a larger margin. 

In a sense it changed their image. Bernie's less enthusiastic supporters in other states might feel like he "actually has a chance" and will be more motivated to vote. Hilary doesn't look as strong as she is made out to be with so much "establishment" support. 

But in reality Hilary is still the obvious choice for the Democrats.

I agree with what the article says, and I do think Hillary is unfairly criticized at times. However. The video posted had words directly spoken by Hillary that are contradictory. The video posted wasn't talking about Hillary's treatment by the GOP, it was showing how she has flip-flopped on important issues. 

And there have been other shady things; edited videos showing more applause when Hillary speaks, done by TV companies who are big donors to her, for example. (Which, that I wouldn't put on Hillary - it's very possible, and more likely, that those companies made those choices on their own without her telling them to)

But the point is she does have big corporations backing her, and we need to move out of a society where big corporations get to make decisions that affect the population. 

And Bernie acting without class? How someone speaks and their character can be two different things. Hillary speaks with more class- I wish Bernie had the ability to give a speech like she does- she sweeps the floor with him when it comes to public speaking- but she also doesn't stay true to her word. Hillary says she won't attack her fellow candidates, but then puts out attack ads when they start proving to be a threat. That's not class, no matter how wonderfully she speaks when she criticizes people.

On the class issue, I think Hillary comes off as such because she is very rehearsed, scripted. I forget where I read it, but Bernie has hardly prepared before the debates – completely forgoing it in the first – and it shows. 

tbh though I kinda like that. I wish our politicians didn't have to be so scripted for fear of saying the wrong thing. I think they need to say what they think, and Bernie consistently does that (even if it's not classy, per se).

The three top Republican candidates, Cruz, Trump and Rubio, are frightening when thinking of one of them as POTUS.  It makes me sick to my stomach.
