4,5,6 for me. Seven was just meh. Except they had the hottest drag queens in that season. I have yet to watch the first three seasons.

Its so hard to choose cuz Sharon stole the entire season 4.It was such a delight to see her high fashion costumes.plus the finale was amazing.it was the first time that the winner was chosen by the viewers,so it was pretty exciting 

however,Season 6 was more funnier and had more interesting challenges.so,its either Season 4 or Season 6 for me

yeah,in the first three seasons,all the finalists would lip sync for their life and the judges would choose the Winner but for season 4,they changed the rules.It was such an amazing surprise.
