yes she needs to re gain her reign as Queen of Universe and generate another global cultural phenomenon and dominate again.

Basically we need another "Lady Gaga is Pop, Pop is Lady Gaga" era and her to make pop interesting and great again.

Now that you made me think of it, I feel like Gaga is kinda relevant to only in the US. The other countries, besides the fans, have no idea where Gaga is. She's not global right now and it would help if promotes here and there.

Yes. She's a WW artist. Doing these promos will only benefit the album and era.

No offense meant, but quick fact check... She launched ARTPOP in Germany just a couple weeks before its release:

I know that, but there was promo lined up for DWUW on some Tv show that she cancelled due to "depression"

Even though I'm American I like seeing her do promo in other countries. It's cool and I get to be exposed to other talk shows and feel like I'm on this promo tour with her. I esp love all the Japan promos

Yes, she's one of the few actual WW artists and it'll be a shame to waste it all..

I mean if you ask someone above 35 here, where I live, about Katy Perry or T. Swift, most won't say much.

But they know Gaga and she's up there with Madonna and Whitney. Everybody knows Poker Face, Alejandro (this song has such an impact in Europe, poor anyone who''s name is Alejandro), the meat dress. :laughga: like even my great grandpa and he's blind and also almost deaf and only listens to patriotic radios. :laughga:

They say it's the last song. They don't know us, you see. It's only the last song if we let it be.

Of course it is.

See how ARTPOP and the artrave flopped in Australia, a continent that once loved her SO much.

She should focus on Europe and Asia a lot (Japan, Korea, China). The population is insane and she could get so many sales from there.

I can only speak from an Australian perspective and I say yes, for us anyway. Our media is so different from around the world. Yes, we have Jimmy Fallon and Ellen etc but they aren't a major thing here, it doesn't reach the market. Radio is big here when it comes to promotion - radio talk shows, that's where most of the promo really lies as well as our 60min, the Project - people watch those and talk about it.

American promo that is relayed in Australia doesn't get far.

She needs heavy promo. she must be everywhere, everyday. That by the end of the era people would be sick of hearing the name Lady Gaga.

Promo is always necessary. 25 proved it: it was highly anticipated (to be fair, I think that it was more than LG5, something like the TFM-BTW) but she was literally everywhere between November and December. Even in Italy (which is generally forgotten when it comes to promo, I only remember gaga being here for an awkward interview in 2008/9 , the muse, Madonna in 2015 and Katy Perry twice) she has two promo spots in less than a week. And 25 went platinum here (60000+ copies). To have a fair comparison, Prism, BEYONCE,ARTPOP have sold roughly 30/40k copies per album. While rebel heart is double platinum (120k copies).
