As you know, with ARTPOP she completely ignored important markets like Germany, France and Australia. If this happened again, would it bother you? Or do you not care? She did a promo performance once on the Netherlands and whenever I spoke to people about her that performance almost always came up - because it showed her talent. So yeah if I were to plan promo I'd try to do a ton of small promo spots throughout the world and perhaps a few big slots in the most important markets. I think it'd be better to spread the attention she gets over a big area rather than simply flooding the usual spots.
