ShockPop 7,747
This solidifies my feeling that hunger for DECENT Gaga music is rife. Rihanna can't thrill anymore, Adele has no singles doing anything even. Rihanna was meant to be a big deal...

I can't understand three fourths of what she is even saying. What a disappointment for the second "lead single"! Probably because she's speaking Bajan. I'm used to it cause I listen to Reggae and Dancehall every now and then. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/English_in_Barbados Finally feeling free for the night, I got no worries. Finally got a claim on my life, baby, c'est la vie. ☄️

arthurhmangum 4,408
The only decent parts are the chorus' and they aren't even that decent. They just sound lazy imo. Stressed, depressed, but well dressed.
StrawberryBlond 14,881
This track is so bad it's almost like a joke. Not only is it not lead single material, it also sounds like it shouldn't even have made the final cut because it wasn't good enough. Clearly, all she wants is a hit hit lead single, so she chose to do a collab with Drake as she feels like recently, she's incapable of having a single take off if she's solo and Drake's at his peak right now, so he's an obvious choice to boost her. So predictable. I honestly don't know what it is people see in Drake - he's mediocre at best and for some reason is classed as a rapper even though he's basically RnB. The repetition is a shambles and I can't even understand what Rihanna's saying half the time - she's mostly mumbling and slurring over words. No way will this fly on pop radio. I'm trying to console myself with the idea that the sales are flooding in right now because a bunch of fans have bought it without even listening to it but now its badness has spread, there's going to be a major downfall within the next 2 days. Please don't let it be succesful for a whole week. If it goes to #1 in my country...it'll be an affront to good taste. Just when I thought Rihanna's domination was finally over (let's face it, she's outstayed her welcome for someone so untalented), she comes back with something that could actually stand a chance at #1. But since it got released on a Wednesday, its position will suffer, right? And is it on Spotify? Because the UK only counts Spotify streams, so if it's not there, hence, not getting streaming points, it can't get to #1, even if it's there all week (Taylor endured that with Blank Space). If she gets big again, it's just not going to be fair. Plenty of far more talented artists have tried to kickstart their eras with new lead singles and get nowhere. This is so typical. Oh, yeah, and she tweeted that this is the new lead single. Which confirms that 45S, BBHMM and AO aren't making the cut, even though the latter two were some of her best ever work. Looks like she just couldn't handle not getting her usual success for experimental tracks. I hope this proves to everyone once and for all that Rihanna lives for the charts, even if it means sacrificing the work she loved and believed in. LebaneseDude 6,146
Don't like the chorus. The "work work work" part is a little grating. Although I can see myself liking this song when I'm at a club or something. I can see good potential for a remix. Edited just now by LebaneseDude.
