Honestly, that's my opinion. Regarding LG5, regarding her Grammy/Intel performance, regarding everything coming from her this year and next year and so on.

Because the hype will just generate unsatisfying feelings - you imagine something in your head, and it might turn out completly different. I remember how it was back then with ARTPOP - everyone was so hyped and with such high expectations and in the end many remained disappointed, just because they expected something different or larger than life etc.

We should be grateful for everything as much as we can. Nothing is granted. Remember Gaga has Lupus within her - luckily she has no symptoms (yet), but you never know if it could turn out one day (of course I hope not) - everything is really very special. We should be extremely happy since we are all born in the same age as Lady Gaga - that's a huge privilege.

Let's just appreciate what we get and let everything be a nice surprise, please

True, of course. But I think we are all complaining too much, most of the time tbh. Of course it's normal because we are fans and stans, but I think sometimes we forget how to just simply appreciate things.

I totally agree. People expected too much from ARTPOP. That's never healthy.

 

Good thing LG5 will be the greatest album to ever grace the earth. Everyone will uncontrollably reenact the final scene of The Perfume, whenever her music reaches their ears. Radios will refuse to play anything other than LG5. She'll receive 10 Grammys for every single song on the album. Katy Perry will start selling weaves at Walmart, Taylor Swift will no longer suffer for her art and Adele will ask to be cryogenically frozen in order to extend her hibernation for a whole century.

I don't mean to brag, but I'm NEVER disappointed with Gaga's stuff.  When new music comes out, I'm happy to listen to it over and over and over.

As far as having expectations how successful it will be - I agree with you there.  Honestly I think we put stress on Gaga since she mostly wants the success to please us.
