After they used the same female voice from the teaser for the Anti Hotline, I definitely think it's not her, but some voiceover woman that sounds similar to her. I doubt Gaga would participate in Rihanna's Samsung promo when she's been so busy lately. When you listen to this, it doesn't sound like Gaga's cadence at all.
