Rolodex of Hate 1,761 Posted January 23, 2016 Share Posted January 23, 2016 I've been asking this for ages now - some time early last year, and even back in 2013, when someone claiming to be an inside source said that after ARTPOP, Gaga was going to go back to being Stefani. Do you think she will change her name to Stefani? Recently, she has been completely veering away from her old Gaga-ness and wearing classy, 'down-to-earth' or, dare I say it, 'normal' outfits. Also, for the EMOTION REVOLUTION, she talked about how Gaga is basically an act, and Stefani is her real self. We actually haven't seen any typical Gaga costumes from her in quite a while. This make me think it's quite likely that she'll go back to being Stefani, particularly because I almost find the name 'Gaga' or 'Lady Gaga' odd in that it completely doesn't correlate with her current image. She didn't say that, she said she invented Lady Gaga but she IS Lady Gaga. Stefani and Gaga are the same person. But OT i don't think she will change her name.. I don't think she'll use her full name for her music anytime soon since she's going to be married and all signs say she'll go by Kinney. She's the reason for Born This Way, for genuinely helping people out, and for a lot of other important things.
