LORD GAGA 1,271
12 hours ago, Voltaire said: He (and Bernie, his co-writer) have made some of the most iconic songs with a piano. Billy Joel is probably the only other that's at that level. He is the fifth best-selling solo artist of all time in the U.S. behind Garth Brooks, Elvis Presley, Billy Joel and Michael Jackson -- and has sold more than 300 million albums worldwide. He's delivered nearly 60 (!) Top 40 singles. With how much Gaga has included piano in her music, he's pretty much the greatest influence she can and does have. I assume this thread comes from a place of ignorance and not trolling. If it's trolling, then disregard the effort to share. Was just about to reply with something like this, but this is perfect. Personally didn't find the joke at the end that funny. It was I suppose quite good what he did with the piano (although it is hard to tell really which piano or keyboard is which) but it didn't really add anything significant there are better performances of ARTPOP where he wasn't playing. They both make a piano rock. It is mozart though who famously did tricks on the piano.

Well you did post a picture of elton kind of horizontal infront of the piano. The video you posted saturday night the bernie lyrics. It isn't possible to make out hardly any lyrics (conciously atleast) but the track contains such things as: "A couple of the sound that i really like Are the sounds of a switchblade and a motorbike" Switchblades have been banned by federal law since 1958. Motorbikes are grotesque sounds as well it is something of shell shock really for me coz these are thousands of explosions. I consider it major abuse being stuck with these sounds for my entire life. Thankfully I haven't heard any switchblades. It also has "I'm looking for a dolly who'll see me right I may use a little muscle to get what i need" Don't like this lyric at all. Never been one for using "muscle" on my beloved ladies who I adore so I'll just stick on my own till I find one who isn't totally trashed by these scum. "i may use" is worth pointing out this means granting permission to yourself to get sex by force i.e rape.

GagaMyBlood95 9,915
Madonna is definitely talented, but I think Elton is more talented that her, so yeah I would appreciate a collab with Elton more. That sentence about Iggy is obviously a joke. (hopefully) You can choose to not like someone, but you can't deny their impact, and that's the case with Elton here...
