Maybe I'm different from other people because if Gaga doesn't give me the type of sound I expect, I'll still love whatever she gives us because, as I've said many times before, I am in love with Gaga's voice so I just want to hear her sing. Believe me, I completely understand where you're coming from because I know how this forum gets when Gaga doesn't meet their unrealistic expectations. Don't worry, though, I'm not one of those people. If Gaga sells 1.5 million the first week and 4 million WW its first week, I'll be happy. If she only sells 350,000 in the U.S. and 1.3 million WW, I'll be happy with that, too. I am not the kind of person that needs Gaga to break all sorts of records or for her to have 5 or 7 # one's on the BB Hot 100 to stan for her. Those people, if you ask me, are shallow AF! I love Gaga for her talent, not for the receipts I can throw at other stans' faces. If people are here just for that, then they better pray the album smashes cuz if it doesn't, they're going to have a rude awakening. I don't care what you think about unless it is about me. I am a man of my own convictions and don't let other people's opinions sway my own. Hence the reason why I never allowed other people's fickle, negative opinions on ARTPOP ruin my listening experience. IMO, that album is tied with Born This Way and BTW, to me, is her best album to date. I don't care what you think about unless it is about me. Every era dozens of fans get disappointed, because they spend the time between eras hearing what they wanted to hear and expected a totally different album than what they got. Keep your minds open while speculating. Think about the possibilities and don't convince yourselves it will be a certain way.
