KURUSHITOVSKA 20,451
I think it's going to be an album with more raw vocals and non electronic instruments. I also think it will be so 70s disco themed. I Want Your Love is a great example of what I imagine the album will be, and I would love it this way. ¿Qué currículum tiene ésta tarántula? sipthistea 21,099
I think this is a new phase in Gaga's career, and it reflects a new phase in her own personal life. I think she's still finding herself as an artist, but I have the feeling this one is a more mature piece of music. The Fame was her breakthrough, TFM was the dark side of that popular atmosphere she got to be part of. BTW was her anthem for the oppressed and misunderstood. ARTPOP was the rage album, the mess she was going through that time in her life. I think LG5 will be her first little masterpiece (Hopefully) . An exploration of life and a reflection of her past. Very exciting.

She seems to be striving for better lyrics, a more mature sound and a more universal appeal. However, I think she'll make room for three or four dance songs (not EDM or electropop, but dance music nonetheless, like a neo-disco or a funky thing) to be explored as singles, in case her new direction doesn't bring in the expected results. So, in the end of the day there will be a little something for everybody. And her ways as an artist, her theatricality, I don't think she'll be able to let go of that, at least not completely... To sum it up, I think she's more refining herself and her music than entirely changing what she does... That may be true. Maybe this will be a "transition" album? And after this she will do a purely mature album without the big EDM producers involved?
MAC 1,942
At this point it is all speculation. No idea what to expect with this. I like most kinds of music though and I think Gaga's voice fits a lot of different genres. I hate to make this comparison but I kind of think it will be her Ray Of Light. Still pop but somewhat more serious compared to her previous work if that makes any sense.
Bradley 59,023
Am I the only one who doesn't think I Want Your Love is really that of a great song? I liked Gaga's vocals and verses in it but the chorus is too repetitive.

E24187 615
I said it in another post, but I think a lot of monsters are going to be in for a rude awakening given Elton and Diane's involvement. They are not exactly known for "bops", but more "Dope", "You & I", and "Speechless" type songs. Either way, I'm here for superior and high quality lyrics, regardless of the tempo. I'd prefer a non-Adele-esque album though. I'm thinking more ballads and mid-tempo.
FGGrayson 9,670
Red and Blue 2.0, i think im gonna hate it but it'll grow in me 𝗟𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝗚𝗮𝗴𝗮 • 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘆 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗿𝗲 • 𝗦𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗶𝗲-𝗘𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗼𝗿 • 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻
Amatoxina 688
I believe LG5 is going to be the opposite of ARTPOP, fun in a mature way; maybe we'll get to the rave girl getting more mature. Hopefully we'll get some songs like IWYL. I think it's going to be a REALLY interesting album to listen to.
AnglerfishbraBENUS 5,734
Yeah but I'm ready for her vocals to finally sound clean, unautotuned, and clear. I need vocals like the Cher version of greatest thing, and the vocals on cheek to cheek, but on fresh pop songs.
ThatAsianGuy 2,365
Mte im afraid gags new album will be basic but not to the point of bubblegum pop. but thats a good thing i guess(will gain her more fans, will lose some) We all know she wants to prove em haters wrong so this time ill 100% support her. The world is just seeing the half of her. Cant wait for ha slayage.
EssenceOfPop 215
'Back to her early stuff" referencing more low tone pop tracks like Brown Eyes, Again Again, You and I, stripped down Bad Romance. Basically BALLADS. Yeah, I definitely think it's going to be a different artistic direction, a lot of piano and key arrangements among other things. This is of course my prediction. Maybe she will have a few songs on the new record that are pop and synthwave oriented. But with Elton and Diane on this record I can only envision BALLADS. Through the fire; we're born again. TerrenceV2 2,001
I hope to God she doesn't do many genres in LG5, this is exactly what happened with ARTPOP, she had songs for every genre and ended up being so messy, the best albums are those that are cohesive from start to finish. My guess is she will use a lot of real instruments and she will sparkle electronics and synths subtly throughout the album. I also think there will be a lot of "no autotune" vocals at all, similar to how raw I Want Your Love sounded. Now what would you think, in another dimension if she pulled a Bjork's Homogenic? Full of orchestra and volcanic beats. dream come true lol playground love - josef salvat

Yeah, I can't imagine some upbeat song from either of them. Diane and Elton getting down with some disco funk realness
