May have been about the music, the lyrics, the overall feeling. But of course half of GGD is already convinced LG5 will sound like TF/M. This is how disappointments are made. He was just talking to make some hype. He heard 2 unfinished songs and we suddenly judge for the whole album. Chill! He may have talked only about the quality and catchiness, or the instrumentation or whatever. I believe LG5 will stand on its own. Her sounds may progress but she goes back to the old song writing formula that is more relatable than ARTPOP. Anyway, just wait until the albums out. The Fame and The Fame Monster are great albums but they just don't do it for me :shrug: in my head, they're the most expendable of her works even though they were the biggest commercial smashes and solidified her status as a mega popstar. I'm still holding out that it won't be a purely pop album I want a new sound, a new attitude, a move even further away from the blonde pop star and more towards the brunette who's 100% real but all fake at the same time...give me that seashell girl wearing a leather jacket at a sleezy bar in NYC who decides to turn it all around and go rogue 🌸Flourishing and vibrant🌼 Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
