Linda Perry damaged Linda Perry. Who's gonna work with someone who tries to spill (real of fake) tea. I wouldn't

No because...

1. Apparently 80% of tweets were defending Gaga, and the same people always comment on post to bash Gaga

2. Linda is irrelevant, AND jealous that she wasn't nominated

3. Gaga is nominated while none of their faves aren't. Bye.

This 1000x!

Meta post i cannot BELIEVE what a circus this tiny non incident is causing :air: Linda probs thought it was common knowlege that TIHTY was written mostly by Diane. But gaga still deserves the Oscar nom for it now matter how much/little she was involved in the songwriting because Gaga sang it and it is her release. It wasn't released as "by Diane Warren feat. Lady Gaga." I am 200% sure Linda did not mean to intentionally "come for gagas Oscar nom" or whatever victimhood narrative you thirsty ass bitches are coming up with this time :air::air::air: God help us all during this desolate drought that is the pre-era meltdowns

I'm pretty sure most people don't really care/don't really know what happened.

REALITY

If anything, she—Linda Perry—damaged her own image. And if anything, Gaga's image only improved. She herself didn't even say a word about the situation, making her look like the better person, all [Linda] Perry did was start sh*t for no apparent reason.

Oh please, Gaga even changes the lyrics of the jazz standards, of course she had some involvement in the songwriting process. But does the artist need to have written/co-written the song to be nominated/win? The writers and produces get Oscars too, don't they?

I don't really think anyone noticed it - a few news sites picked it up, sure, but it seems to have blown over fairly quickly and most of the support was in Gaga's favour anyway.

There might be some idiots on the Internet who would have seen the headlines and get a confirmation bias b0ner but those people, by default, are lost and therefore should just be ignored.

The only thing this has really caused is a public annoyance. I like Linda Perry, but my respect for her has tarnished in light of this.

Anyone doubting Gagas songwriting abilities are idiots.  It's been proving over and over again what a good songwriter she is.  Just ask all the producers that have worked for her that say she's an amazing songwriter.  Besides everyone will be focusing on the maybe, whitewash academy award ceremony, jada picket is making press now.  So i'm not worried.
