Let's just hope it becomes a reality. I can't always hear the difference but I still want to get Gaga's music in its full glory, and also for people who I know actually get annoyed by this fact .

I don't know anything about Hi Res but I just figured it was usually done while recording. But they can convert songs to Hi Res?

Its not a conversion, it's more less a non conversion. It's kind of hard to explain.

Honestly its not going to happen because 1000 fans sign... their not going to go through all that work ( trust me you may think its easy) when their already working on and possibly ready to release a new album. I also am getting annoyed by the high res stuff. Its barely noticebale and their not going to change it so a minority of a people are pleased.

All the label has to do is send the music in it's unaltered form to the Hi-Res outlets. The fact that Gaga is working on a new album is irrelevant. And trust me, it's more noticeable to people than you think. ARTPOP is so staunchly and unjustly defended but it's undeniable from an Audiophile's perspective that the album is absolute audio garbage. In fact it could be a reason why it performed so poorly among people outside the fanbase... only diehard fans will sit and endure the horrible, fatiguing, one dimensional mixing that resulted from the compression process. I respect your opinion but once Gaga's music starts sounding good again it will have more appeal. Honestly it wouldn't surprise me if it happened without a petition at this point because Gaga and Tony partnered with Sony to market C2C in Hi-Res. Tony is a huge advocate for Hi-Res- im just doing the petition so Interscope knows that not all of Gaga's fans are pushovers and willing to accept trash (especially when we wait 2-3 years between releases). 

Gaga deserves high quality audio. Period. This isn't Katy Perry or Selena Gomez we are dealing with..oh wait.. their albums are already available in Hi-Res.

Lol if that was true then the fame and fame moster wouldnt have ever been that good and liked by the gp. Trust me ARTPOPs music just sucked overall. There was a few good songs like Applause, dwuw, gypsy and the gp showed their love for them, other than that it had nothing to do with audio.
