Truth is, she's already paid tribute to him throughout her career. It would be such a waste. I'm here her her performing her OWN material since she hasn't in 1.5 years. I hope it's the new single cause it makes me sad she's been working on the album for 1.5 years and we still don't have a single word on it.

As much as it would be interesting to hear Gaga's Take on Bowie in atribute, it would be completely and utterly wrong and even blasphemous... Sorry. Bowie was not a fan NOR a friend of Gaga. They had NOTHING to do with each other. Bowie has many many good friends and collegues to pay tribute to him. So Gaga would get a huuuge Backlash for this. Leave it to other legends and Bowie's friends. But its nice to see her pay tribute in other ways though

Erm... They are completely different things. Bowie just died, Sinatra a loooong time ago and has been tribute a hundred times by everyone. I doubt Bowie fans and friends and family would like Gaga doing a tribute instead of Bowie's actual friends... It would be inappropriate.

If any artist is to pay tribute to Bowie, it absolutely must be GaGa. 

It's true; her career in itself is an expression of continuous inspiration, and so she doesn't need to pay tribute to prove her respect - but it does make sense. Disrespectful? Not at all. 

I'm not sure what to expect through Grammy week. I thought the Intel performance was going to be on the show... where was this confirmed not to be the case? And are we definitely not getting any LG5? 

GaGa is killing us with this wait.

But Gaga is top 40 mainstream pop artist and her music is nothing like Bowie's and again, they had NOTHING to do with each other whilst Bowie has many more suitable musicians friends to tribute him who would be absolutely more suitable than Gaga. Im not saying this in a negative way but really, no Bowie fan would like a pop starlets doing tribute to him nor would Bowie himself, I think...
