I was thinking about this earlier and I totally agree. Plus Ryan Murphy was talking about her touring this year right? If she'll be touring by the end of the year, then the album will probably be out by May.

If she said "I can't tell you when" I would think there would be just as much discussion. Like "She knows it, but she can't tell us yet!!!".

It could still very much be like "I won't give you dates, because it's still up in the air and deadlines could dramatically shift". She might have a date in mind but be unwilling to say anything because she might not feel it's ready by the time that date comes to pass.

Obviously I don't know **** all, but I would just be careful about dissecting every statement and inserting what you want to hear. I don't really think you can really discern whether or not they have a release date from that statement.

its not what i want to hear, I'm going off of the meanings of words, cuz each word in the english language has its proper use. Not every one knows the differences, but they do. Like even in ur examples, thats not the proper use of the words "won't" and "can't". One would say "can't" if it was up in the air because there is no exact "when". And if she knows it but she's not saying, then you would use the word "won't" and not "can't" tell us, because "can't" means that its impossible for her to know the date right now. 

 

I mean, she might not be aware of the difference and that's where there could be an issue with my opinion (but i do think she's really good with vocabulary). But if she's saying the words "My hair is blonde" I'm going to write on here "Lady Gaga's hair is blonde" because those are the words she used and as far as I know that's fact, unless she's lying about her hair being blonde, or lying about the fact that she knows the release date and has chosen she will not tell us it yet, since she used the word "won't".
